With extensive experience both in his own salons, as well as working alongside world-class industry leaders, Simon’s knowledge of hair is unparalleled, and he delights in sharing this with clients, delivering results that make him one of the UK’s most sought-after hairdressers.
Simon’s creativity extends beyond hair into fashion, interiors and photography, with broad influences helping to deliver the vision for Two by Simon Smith.
Mathew Soobroy:
Creative Partner
As a recent arrival to the Cotswolds, Mathew continues to run his own London-based brand Soobroy and brings his wealth of 25 years’ hairdressing expertise to partner with Simon.
He is passionate about delivering exceptional results for every client and has worked in internationally acclaimed salons such as Charles Worthington New York – we are delighted to have him sharing the salon space on a part time basis.
Neil Gogoi: Art Director
Neil is a hugely experienced, highly sought after hair & make up artist. With 6 years as a Cotwolds’ salon owner, he now joins us full time as Art Director.
His diverse experience includes session work for publications such as Vogue, Elle & GQ, as well as celebrity styling for events such as the Met Gala. His expertise extends from colour & cut to hair up, hair extensions and non surgical replacement.
Connie Harris:
Senior Stylist & Colourist
Starting her training with Simon at age 16, Connie has built an impressive client base in her 6 years as a hairdresser and is loved for both her colour and cutting skills.
Connie loves the challenge of hairdressing and always welcomes clients wanting to change up their look and play with their style.
Hayley Johnson:
Style Director
Hayley Johnson is an award-winning, experienced colour specialist that’s been in the industry for 24 years. Traveling all over the country has gained her knowledge and experience in all hair types and textures.
Hayley is known for her creative, bespoke approach to colour and takes pride in keeping herself educated on the latest trends.

Tanya Abbott:

Having worked for years in Cayman Islands as a stylist and salon manager, we are excited to have Tanya join us with her creative, meticulous approach to colour. Always studying to self-improve, no colour job is too big or small for her!
Gemma Lugg:
Stylist & Colourist
Starting her career as salon receptionist, Gemma fell in love with hairdressing and started her training at Toni & Guy shortly after. She has worked independently, as well as in salons throughout Oxford, before moving to us recently to further hone her skills.
